When a problem occurs, the engine oil pan should be removed, and the use of the engine shaft tile should be carefully examined to check the gap between the shaft tiles. Whether it is too large, if the gap is too large, replace it in time.

When replacing the double-headed bolts, the connecting rod bolts should also be replaced. Some large equipment such as nail making machine, in normal operation, if you find that the engine is not running smoothly or there is a strange noise, you should stop and check in time to avoid bigger problems.

Newly replaced studs and other newly replaced fittings must be inspected at each maintenance visit. The inspection focuses on the head and guide portion of the stud, and the threads of each portion must be rigorously inspected. There are no cracks or dents, and the teeth of the stud must also be checked for any changes.

Check for any abnormalities in the pitch of the studs, if there are any, they must not be used again. A torque wrench should be used when installing the connecting rod cover. It must be tightened in accordance with the specified standard, the torque should not be too large or too small, and attention should also be paid to the selection of double-ended bolts and double-ended studs from matching manufacturers.
